Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:30 pm (ET) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 pm (ET) are usually shipped the next day (Monday through Thursday). Orders placed after 12:30 pm (ET) on Friday are shipped the following Monday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Please take this into consideration when choosing Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Shipping. UPS does not deliver on major holidays. Please check the UPS website for a list of UPS Holidays.

Items with FREE shipping only valid to U.S. Addresses.

International Shipping

USPS Priority Shipping is now available to the following International destinations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan. If your country is not listed here, please contact us at storehelp@topps.com before placing an order. We will attempt to get the best possible rates to your destination.

International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees. Canadian orders shipped via UPS may also be subject to UPS brokerage fees. Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. Also, please visit www.ups.com for more information on UPS brokerage fees (Orders to Canada only). You are fully responsible for all additional fees your order may incur.

Return Policy

Please note that you must contact our Customer Service team by phone at 1-866-374-8266 between the hours of 9 am and 4 PM (ET), or by email at storehelp@topps.com within 20 days of shipment (as reflected in our email to you) to return an order or report lost or damaged merchandise. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made through Customer Service. Any approved merchandise return received by us after 45 days of initial payment will be refunded as Topps Online Store Credit.

If you did not receive your merchandise (i.e. they are lost in shipment), and you report such loss within 20 business days of shipment, the Company will assist you in filing a claim with UPS, and will pay to you any amounts (if any) that are paid by UPS as a result of such claim. The Company, however, does not represent or guarantee that UPS will pay any such claims. Any such payments are subject to UPS terms and conditions. The Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments. To help guard against late shipments or loss, the Company recommends UPS Next Day Air with signature required.

If you claim that the merchandise was received in damaged condition, you must report such damage within the time limit. Upon receipt of your report, the Company will send you a pre-paid shipping label, to be used by you to return the merchandise. All such claims will be investigated by the Company upon receipt of the merchandise. For claims that are substantiated, the Company will, at its option, either replace the merchandise or pay you the then fair market value of the cards, as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Company.
